The impact of the application of electronic management on the performance of workers in health organizations:
An applied study at King Fahad Hospital in Jeddah

تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر الإدارة الإلكترونية على أداء العاملين في المنظمات الصحية، وذلك من خلال دراسة تطبيقية في مستشفى الملك فهد بجدة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في إعداد الدراسة، بالإضافة إلى استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات من أفراد عينة الدراسة، وقد طبقت هذه الدراسة على عينة عشوائية بلغ عددها (322) موظف من موظفي مستشفى الملك فهد بجدة. وعقب جمع البيانات استخدم الباحث برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) في تفريغ وتحليل البيانات. ومن أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها، ما يلي: تطبق محددات الإدارة الإلكترونية (الأجهزة والتقنيات الإلكترونية، قواعد البيانات، الشبكات الإلكترونية، ونظم المعلومات) بدرجة كبيرة جداً داخل مستشفى الملك فهد بجدة، وذلك من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة بوزن نسبي (84.2%). وجود مستوى أداء فعال جدا لدى العاملين في مستشفى الملك فهد بجدة، بوزن نسبي بلغ (85.4%). يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) لتوافر محددات الإدارة الإلكترونية على أداء العاملين في مستشفى الملك فهد بجدة. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج، تم اقتراح عدة توصيات، وهي: تعزيز اهتمام إدارة المستشفى بتحديث الأجهزة والمعدات والبرمجيات المستخدمة الخاصة بالأنظمة الإلكترونية بصورة مستمرة. الحرص على تلقي التغذية الراجعة المستمرة من المرضى المستفيدين من المستشفى وذلك بهدف تقييم مستوى أداء العاملين بالمستشفى. الاهتمام بتحديث وتطوير أنظمة المعلومات المستخدمة بصورة مستمرة.
Abstract
The study aims to determine the impact of electronic management on the performance of workers in health organizations, through an applied study at King Fahad Hospital in Jeddah. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach in preparing the study. In addition to using the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data from the study sample members, this study was applied to a random sample of (322) employees of King Khalid Hospital in Najran. After collecting the data, the researcher used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) to unload and analyze the data. Among the most important results that were obtained are the following: The determinants of electronic management (electronic devices and technologies, databases, electronic networks, and information systems) are applied to a very large extent within King Khalid Hospital in Najran, from the point of view of the study sample members with a relative weight of (84.2%). The presence of a very effective level of performance among the employees working in King Khalid Hospital in Najran, with a relative weight of (85.4%). There is a statistically significant effect at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) for the availability of electronic management determinants on the performance of employees at King Khalid Hospital in Najran. In light of these results, several recommendations wereproposed, namely: Enhancing the hospital administration’s interest in continuously updating the devices, equipment and software used for electronic systems. Ensure receiving continuous feedback from patients benefiting from the hospital, in order to assess the performance level of the hospital staff. Interest in updating and developing the information systems used on an ongoing basis.
برنامج تدريبي مقترح في ضوء استراتيجيات التعلم المتمركزة حول الطالب وأثره على تنمية مهارات الأداء التدريسي لدى معلمي الفيزياء بالمرحلة الثانوية
A proposed training program in the light of student-centered learning strategies and its impact on the development of teaching performance skills among high school physics teachers.

يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على أثر برنامج تدريبي مقترح لتنمية مهارات الأداء التدريسي لمعلمي الفيزياء بالمرحلة الثانوية في ضوء استخدام استراتيجيات التعلم المتمركزة حول الطالب ، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم تصميم برنامج تدريبي يحتوي على مهارات لاستخدام استراتيجيات تتمركز حول الطالب والواجب توفرها في مهارات الأداء التدريسي لمعلمي الفيزياء بالمرحلة الثانوية وقياس فعاليتها في تنمية مهارات الأداء التدريسي، وتم إعداد أداة البحث والتي تمثل في بطاقة ملاحظة لتقويم الأداء التدريسي لمعلمي الفيزياء في ضوء استخدام استراتيجيات المتمركزة حول الطالب .
وسوف تتكون عينة البحث المختارة من ( 15 ) معلما لتطبيق بطاقة الملاحظة عليهم و يكون جميعهم معلمي لمادة الفيزياء بالمرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة خميس مشيط بالإدارة العامة للتعليم بمنطقة عسير ، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لتصميم بناء البرنامج التدريبي و تحديد مهارات التدريس وبناء أداة البحث (بطاقة الملاحظة) ، والمنهج التجريبي (نظام المجموعة الواحدة ) لتطبيق تجربة البحث ، و يتم تطبيق أداة البحث ( بطاقة الملاحظة )قبليا على عينة البحث بهدف التعرف على مستوى أدائهم التدريسي ، وبعديا على بهدف التعرف على الفروق بين التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لأداة الحث .
ولم يتمكن الباحث من تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي المقترح والتوصل للنتائج المطلوبة من البحث وذلك لضيق الوقت بتقديم الاختبارات النهائية للتعليم العام والعالي، وسوف يقوم إن شاء الله الباحث لاحقا بتطبيق البرنامج والتوصل إلى النتائج والإجابة عن التساؤلات والتحقق من الفروض.

Abstract
This research aims to identify the impact of a proposed training program to develop the teaching performance skills of secondary school physics teachers in the light of the use of student-centered learning strategies. To achieve this goal, a training program has been designed to use student-centered strategies that must be provided in the instructional performance skills of physics teachers In the secondary stage and measuring its effectiveness in the development of skills of teaching performance, and the preparation of the research tool, which is a note card to evaluate the performance of teachers of physics in the light of the use of student-centered strategies.
The researcher will use the descriptive (15) approach to design the building of the training program, identify the teaching skills and build the research tool (note card). The researcher will use the descriptive approach to design the training program, and the experimental approach (one-set) to apply the research experience. The search tool (note card) is applied pre-emptively to the research sample in order to identify the level of their teaching performance and periodically to identify the differences between the tribal and remote application of the induction tool.
The researcher was unable to implement the proposed training program and to achieve the results required from the research because of the lack of time to provide the final tests for general and higher education. God willing, the researcher will later apply the program, reach the results, answer the questions, and verify the hypotheses.
